LARAMIE, Wyo. -

Upgrades and improvements to University of Wyoming Athletics Department facilities continued throughout the holiday week and significant progress can be seen.

The asphalt and concrete bases are in place at the new outdoor track and field complex, and the next step will be the application of the spray-on, all-weather exterior surface. The soccer field on the infield has now been re-sodded.

Work has begun on the outdoor tennis courts with the removal of old fencing. New fencing will be installed and the courts will be resurfaced. Installation of new equipment for the Cowboy Wrestling room has also begun.
