2006-07... Kate is coming off a redshirt year to complete her senior season. 2005-06... She finished her junior season at the NCAA Championships competing in the hammer throw where she placed 21st. Kate placed fourth at the NCAA Regional Championships to automatically qualify for the NCAA meet. She was All-Conference for the Cowgirls with a second place finish indoors in the 20lb weight throw. Kate finished her junior season as the second all-time hammer thrower and seventh all-time weight thrower in UW history. She is ranked fifth all-time in MWC history in the hammer throw.
