This Season... Coming off a great redshirt freshman season and will be vying for his first West Regional Title and a second consecutive trip to NCAA Nationals. 2004-05... Was a nice surprise last year as he ended the season with the second most wins on the team with 21 and only 14 losses. Led the team in wins by fall when he compiled 11 pins and tied for second in major decisions with three. His third place finish at the West Regional earned him a wild card nomination and his first ever trip to NCAA Nationals. He also finished third in last year's Cowboy Open. 2003-2004... Gained experience in his first season with three wins, all by pin, and only two losses in tournament action. High School... Posted a record of 127-13 during his four years at Pomona High School, highlighted by a state title his junior season at 145 pounds. His junior and senior years placed second at the prestigious Reno Tournament of Champions earning All-American honors. Also a three-time Colorado Freestyle Champion. Personal...
