This Season... Looking to come off of last season experiences and be one of the best 197 pounders in the region. 2004-05..... In his first year as a starter, he posted a record of seven wins and 12 losses before his season was shortened due to a knee injury. He did however manage to record two pins and three major decisions in those seven wins. 2003-2004... Finished with a record of seven wins and eight losses including one pin, one technical fall, and one major decision. One highlight from the year was a fiftth place finish at the Nebraska Omaha Open in Omaha, Neb. 2002- 2003... Redshirted due to injury, won three matches with four losses in early season action. 2001-2002... As a true freshman posted an 14-19 overall record with two pins and one major decision at 197 pounds. Picked up dual victories against North Carolina State and Boise State. Placed third at 2002 West Regional. High School... Placed second twice and third once at Colorado state tournament during his career at Ponderosa High School. In his last three years, he earned team awards for most falls, most take downs and most team points. As a team captain he had 28 pins his senior season. Won senior freestyle division at the Rocky Mountain Regional in the 213 pound class. Placed second at prestigious Western Junior Regional in Las Vegas, Nev. Personal... Born February 2, 1983.
