High School... Smith had an impressive high school career. He wrestled and played football all four years and ran track his sophomore year. He was a two-time wrestling State Champion, and was 39-0 as a senior. Smith set school records with most wins in a season, most points scored in a single season and most pins in a season. Smith was a two-time All-District, two- time All-State Honorable Mention and All-Metro football player. He was a two-time Academic All-State in football and wrestling and was a member of the National Honor Society and Honor Roll Student.

Personal... Born May 10, 1987 in Hastings Neb. He is the son of Paula and Lonnie Smith. Has three siblings, Chad, Luke and Shae. He is majoring in Agriculture Business.
